These Blow me a Kiss Mittens are made hand puppet style, with big open thumbs. I remember too many times, freezing my thumbs in those skinny thumb mittens. Then pulling them inside out, trying to get my fingers out. If you turn these mittens inside out, it doesn't matter, because they are reversible.
I put a small kiss on the right hand to help little kids learn their right hand from their left hand. It is easy to remember to blow a kiss with your right hand if it is right there in front of you.
